Fees and Charges
Fees are shown before you confirm an action. This page explains where each kind of fee can apply.
Last updated: October 2026
1. Deposits
The platform does not add a charge of its own unless one is shown on the deposit screen. Your wallet or exchange may charge a network fee when you send funds.
2. Withdrawals
A withdrawal shows its minimum amount, any limits and the network fee before you confirm. You receive the amount after the fee is deducted.
The fee depends on the asset and network and is separate from any fee your destination exchange applies.
3. Investment plans
Each plan lists its own fees, if any, alongside its limits, duration and return methodology. Fees are recorded as separate ledger entries so they can be told apart from principal and returns. See the plans page for what is currently published.
4. Membership
Basic and Premium memberships can differ in price, duration, renewal and cancellation terms. These are shown on the membership page before you upgrade.
5. Administrative adjustments
If an administrator corrects your account, the correction is a separate ledger entry with a stated reason. Existing history is never rewritten.
