Investment and Trading Risk Disclosure

Digital assets are volatile and you can lose some or all of the money you put in. Read this page before you deposit or invest.

Nothing on this platform is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Past or illustrative results do not predict future results.

1. Market risk

Prices of digital assets can change sharply within minutes. Converting a balance to your display currency changes how it is shown, not how much of the asset you hold.

2. Returns are not guaranteed

Every plan states whether its percentage is a target, an illustrative estimate or a contractually defined rate. Only a contractually defined rate is a commitment, and even then it depends on the terms of that plan.

Where no live trading engine backs a calculation, the figure is labelled a simulation and is not withdrawable money.

3. AI signals and copy trading

Signals are informational. A signal, a strategy or a trader listing is not an executed trade, and the platform does not trade your money automatically unless execution has been explicitly enabled and disclosed.

Copy trading requires a Premium membership. Copied strategies can lose money, and a trader's earlier results do not predict later ones.

4. Network and wallet risk

  • Each asset and network is separate. Sending on the wrong network or to a wrong address can mean permanent loss.
  • Transfers can be delayed by congestion and may require several confirmations.
  • Withdrawal addresses are your responsibility to check.

5. Withdrawal and liquidity risk

Withdrawals need approved KYC and sufficient available funds, and are reviewed before processing. Funds locked in an active investment are not available until it matures or the plan's terms allow release.

6. Legal and regulatory risk

Rules for digital assets differ by country and change over time. You are responsible for knowing whether using the platform is lawful where you live and for any tax you owe.

7. Only use money you can afford to lose

Do not invest money you need for living costs, debts or emergencies. If you are unsure whether the platform suits you, seek independent professional advice first.
